This facility was observed to have degradation to the wood posts supporting two stories of decks. Years of snow and moisture intrusion had deteriorated the lower support of the decks. Echelon Construction is engaged in solving the problem. The decks will be rebuilt and the support posts will be entirely replaced. Decks will be EPDM substrate and surface pavers. Working closely with engineering, the solution offers a longer lifespan.
